A name used in related senses. The Encyclopedia of World Cultures says the Ga, on settling, largely displaced or intermarried with the indigenous Kpeshi people. Adjei (2019) lists Kpeshi among the Ga jemawoji as the god of the Kpeshie lagoon, alongside Nai, Sakumo, Dantu and Naa Koole.
