Naa Afieye is named as one of the Ga Mashie deities whose priests take part in Nmaadumɔ, the ritual sowing that precedes Homowo. Wikipedia, citing Ammah (1968), gives the sowing order as Dantu on Monday, Sakumo on Tuesday, Naa Korle and Naa Afieye on Friday, Gua on Saturday, Naa Dede on Sunday and Nai on the following Tuesday.
Naa Afieye is listed among the deities associated with the Nmaadumɔ sowing rite.
