Naa Koole (Naa Korle) is the deity associated with the Korle lagoon in Accra. The UGSpace 'Ga Towns' text lists Kole among the big Kple gods of Accra, and Robertson (Encyclopedia of World Cultures) states that before the rise of the mantsemei, supreme judicial authority rested with the priests of the Sakumo, Korle and Nai lagoons. Wikipedia, citing Ammah (1968), places Naa Korle's sowing on the Friday of Nmaadumɔ.
