In Ga belief, sisa is a ghost or shade of a person who died a natural death, as glossed by Potočnik (2017) in his study of Ga funeral rites in Jamestown. It is contrasted in the same glossary with otɔfo, the hovering ghost of someone who died an unnatural death.
The sisa is discussed in studies of Ga funeral rites.
